I was in a dire situation when I came home from work to find that my house was without power. It was the coldest and stormiest day of the year, and I was desperate for a solution. I called Just Electric at around 4:30 in the afternoon and was told that someone would be able to come out by 6 PM. I was worried about being stuck in the dark and cold for hours, so I asked if they could please notify me 15 minutes prior to arrival. To my relief, Fritz called me exactly 15 minutes before he arrived. Not only did he promptly resolve the issue by replacing my main circuit breaker and killing a black widow spider in my panel, but he also helped me call Edison to report the larger problem that had caused the power outage. Despite working in the dark and harsh weather, Fritz never complained and remained professional and efficient throughout the process. I am beyond grateful to Fritz and Just Electric for their prompt and effective service. Thanks to them, I now have power and heat back in my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone in need of electrical services. They truly went above and beyond to help me in my time of need.
