These services include electrical panel upgrades, wiring and rewiring, lighting installations, electrical repairs, and safety inspections. We can also assist with the installation of specialized electrical equipment such as HVAC systems and data centers.

We recommend scheduling an electrical safety inspection for your home or business at least once a year. This ensures that your electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently and can prevent potential hazards such as electrical fires or shocks. Additionally, if you are planning any major renovations or upgrades to your property, it is important to schedule an inspection beforehand.

It’s not uncommon for homeowners to immediately spot an electrical issue. Any good handyman will tell you that they can fix it themselves without a problem. Unfortunately, there is a problem. Handymen are not qualified to handle electrical work. Electricians have to undergo years of extensive training and certification processes to obtain his or her license. Sure, a license may seem like a piece of paper, but that paper is something that can save your life.

When you are resetting circuit breakers or changing fuses too often. When you turn on your air conditioner and the lights dim in the room. When your lights flicker or go on and off. When you can smell electricity burning. When you have six electronic devices going into one outlet in back of your electronics center. When you have receptacle outlets overburdened by multi-plug strips. When a three-prong plug needs a two-prong adapter. If you have to run extension cords to plug in electrical devices.

If you experience an electrical emergency, such as a power outage or electrical fire, it is important to stay calm and call Just Electric immediately. Our licensed electricians are available 24/7 to respond to emergency calls and will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your safety.

Most states call for 100 amps minimum, but with all the new electronic devices, air conditioning and electric heat, I would suggest 200 amps especially in new homes. This also gives you some space for future additions. This is not a job for an unlicensed person to attempt. In most cases it involves replacing everything from the service loop (this is the wire that extends from the top of your meter to the utility tie in ) up to and including the main panel.

There are a few simple steps you can take to improve the energy efficiency of your home or business. These include installing LED lighting, upgrading to energy-efficient appliances, and adding insulation to your walls and ceilings. Additionally, our licensed electricians can perform an energy audit and provide recommendations for other energy-saving measures.

There are a few signs that your electrical panel may need to be upgraded, such as frequent circuit breaker trips, flickering lights, or burning smells near the panel. Additionally, if your panel is outdated or unable to handle the electrical needs of your home or business, it may be time for an upgrade. Our licensed electricians can perform an inspection and recommend the best course of action for your specific needs.

Installing a backup generator can provide peace of mind during power outages and other electrical emergencies. A generator can keep essential appliances and systems running, such as refrigerators, medical equipment, and security systems. Additionally, a backup generator can prevent damage to your home or business by keeping sump pumps and other systems operational during storms or flooding.

Flickering lights are annoying and may be a sign of a potentially dangerous electrical problem, or something simple – like a bulb that is on the fritz. If replacing a light bulb doesn’t work, call us right away. Your flickering lights could be due to loose wiring and lead to an electrical fire.

If the same breaker trips again and again, call Windfall Services. You may have too many electrical appliances and/or devices plugged into the same circuit, resulting in an electrical overload and causing your breaker to trip. Or, you may have a deeper electrical issue on your hands. A Windfall electrician will help diagnose your issue and recommend a plan of action to fix your breaker.

The best way to ensure that your electrical systems are safe and up to code is to schedule regular electrical safety inspections with a licensed electrician. Additionally, it is important to only hire licensed and experienced electricians for any electrical work or repairs. At Just Electric, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality service and ensuring the safety and efficiency of your electrical systems.
